Note: Our orders only encompass product fees and shipping fees (where applicable). Our valued customers are not required to pay any importing fees, duties, or VAT (Value – Added Tax).
Payment Confirmation
Once your clothing order has been authorized and verified, we will promptly send you a confirmation email. This email serves as an official acknowledgment that your payment has been successfully processed and your order is in the pipeline.
Order Processing
For all countries, it typically takes 1 – 2 business days to process your clothing order. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends are not counted as business days. During this processing period, our dedicated team ensures that your order is accurately prepared, including quality checks on the clothing items and packaging.
Shipping
Shipping your clothing order to its destination generally takes approximately 7 to 14 business days, regardless of the country. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your clothing delivery in real – time.
Shipping Fees
- For all countries, if the total amount of your clothing order is less than $80, we charge a shipping fee of $6.99.
- We offer free shipping on clothing orders totaling $80 or more. This is our way of showing appreciation to our customers for larger purchases.
Delivery
Please Note: The total time it takes for you to receive your clothing order is the sum of the order processing time and the shipping time. For instance, if you order a coat, it will require 1 – 2 business days for processing and then an additional 7 – 14 business days for shipping. Therefore, you can anticipate receiving your coat within 8 – 16 business days in all countries.
Our system automatically selects the most suitable distribution logistics based on factors such as the sales platform, the size and weight of the clothing products. If the street address in your order contains “PO Box”, the system will review and make a judgment according to the delivery logistics you have chosen. In case the selected logistics method cannot deliver to an address with “PO Box”, the system will flag the order as abnormal. Our customer service staff will then reach out to you to either modify the address or cancel the order.
Tracking Your Order Status
You have the ability to track your clothing order status independently. After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email informing you that your package has been shipped, along with the order’s tracking number. You should be able to see updates within 72 hours of receiving this email.
If you wish to track your order, simply click on the “Track Order” option for detailed information. In the event that there are no updates, you can send us an email, and we will promptly check the details for you.
Causes of Delivery Delays
Tracking updates for your clothing order may be delayed in the event of the following force majeure circumstances:
- Adverse Weather Conditions: Heavy rain, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes, etc. These natural disasters can disrupt transportation networks and cause delays in the delivery of your clothing.
- Local Disruptions: Strikes, statutory holidays, major international conferences, etc. These local events can impact the normal operations of logistics providers, leading to potential delays in your order’s arrival.
- Peak Season Challenges: Shortages of flights and personnel during peak seasons, along with other local factors, can also contribute to delays in the delivery of your clothing.
