What to Do if Your Credit/Debit Card Payment Is Declined
Place a New Order
If your payment is declined during the clothing purchase process, you’ll need to place a new order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to reinstate orders once a payment has been declined.
Conduct Necessary Checks
To increase the likelihood of your new clothing order being approved, we recommend performing the following checks:
- Card Details Accuracy: Double – check that all the information you’ve entered is correct, especially the expiry date of your card.
- Security Code Entry: Ensure you’ve entered the security code correctly. This is the three – digit number located on the back of your card.
- Card Issuer Verification: There’s a possibility that your card issuer has declined the payment. Since they don’t always inform us of the reason, it’s advisable to check with them directly or contact your bank for clarification.
- Alternative Payment Options: If you’ve verified all the above and the issue persists, try using another card or a different payment method to complete your clothing purchase.
